| Personal cleaning stuff and wet tissues. Toiletries | Wet tissues are helpful when you sweat during climbing. You need your toiletries to be clean during the Tour |
| Swiss army-knife + water bottle | You never know when you’ll need a knife or scissors. Water bottle is essential. |
| Purifying pills | There are no shops along the paths but plenty of streams. |
| Mosquito repellent (DEET) | Essential on those treks where the Cloud or Rainforest is involved |
